This 4/6 person elegant and spacious two bedroom apartment is located in an exceptional building with views of the Hudson River, the Empire State Building and the Highline. Less than a block from the Hudson River Park, the Hudson River Playground and next door to the Highline, this apartment is in a prime location.
It's only a stone's throw from the city's hottest shops, restaurants and cafes and just a short walk to 2 different subway stations with access to 7 different train lines - the closest being 5 blocks away at 14th Street and 8th Avenue.
This posh pad is a corner apartment on the sixth floor (there is a lift) of a chic, doorman-controlled, building in the most desirable part of New York's, in vogue, Meat Packing District. With great views, a sleek and modern décor, high ceilings and lots of space this apartment is a great find. It sleeps up to 6, in two double bedrooms and a large sectional sofa that converts to 2 single beds. There is one bathroom.

You enter the apartment into a long white hallway which opens into the roomy living area. (16ft x 15ft, 4.9m x 4.6m). On the right side of the room is an oversized and high quality white sectional sofa which can be converted to two single beds. In front of the sofa is a square black coffee table and at the opposite wall is a large 36" television.
Across the shiny parquet floor, on the left side of the living room, is an eye-catching, smoked glass, table with seating for 6. The table sits in front of a large window with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and the Manhattan skyline. Day or night, this is a room with a view!

The modern kitchen has tile flooring, granite countertops, white cabinets and all new appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas oven/range, coffee maker, espresso maker, kettle and toaster as well as a dishwasher.

Next to the kitchen, on the left, is the bathroom which has a full bathtub with overhead shower, washbasin and loo.
Just down the hall, across from the bathroom, is the first bedroom (12ft6 x 11ft9, 3.8m x 3.6m). The décor is subtle with a touch of sparkle - the polished wooden floor is topped with a lush and furry white rug and the simple, white bedding topped with a saucy pillow.
This room also boasts a splendid Empire State view and has large double bed (80" x 60"), with a nightstand and reading lamp as well as a television opposite and drawers available for storage.

The second, even larger, bedroom (15ft3 x 11ft, 4.7m x 3.4m) is down the hall from the first and has even an better city panorama, with two corner windows and loads of light. This room also has a double bed (80" x 60") as well as a reading lamp, desk and chair, and closet and drawers for storage.
From this room you can see the start of The Highline directly below and immediately across the street. Year-round this beautiful, well tended and landscaped "park in the sky" enhances the view.
