This 2/4 person, one bedroom apartment is a sure to become a fast favourite. Comfortable and chic, this gem is in a building located across the street from famed South Street Seaport and the historic Seaport district.

There is a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants so close by you may never want to leave the neighbourhood! (Except maybe by boat, where you can take tours around the island, and visit Lady Liberty or Ellis Island).

If you do want to travel outside of this fun part of town it is very convenient – there are 5 different subway stations all less than 10 minutes from the apartment with access to 10 different lines. The closest station is 3 blocks away at Fulton Street.

The apartment sleeps 2 to 4 with one double, a European style sleeper sofa that pulls out to a full sized bed, and ample room for an air mattress, if necessary.

This beautifully designed, comfortably outfitted apartment is located on the 22nd floor (there is a good lift!) of a very swank doorman building in the South Street Seaport area of town.

The apartment is very well lit with loads of light and spectacular views that will make you fall in love with New York all over again! The building is newly renovated and boasts such guest amenities as a full access gym, a public (residents only) lounge with pool table and flat screen TVs, laundry and valet services, and a 360 degree rooftop.

Wifi computer access is available. There is no landline phone service in this property, however there is a computer with Skype and headset available for guests' use.

The entrance opens into a small hallway that leads to the large living and dining area (14'9 x 13'9, 4.5m x 4.2m). The room boasts a wall of windows at the far end that bathes the room in light during the day and shows off spectacular views anytime. The room has a stylish European-style split-back sofa in white leatherette that pulls out to a very comfortable full-sized bed.

Two occasional tables frame the sofa and across the room is an oversized dining table, perfect for dinner or as a work station. The table can seat up to six (there are extra chairs aplenty).

The dining area sits in front of a peek through kitchen counter with coordinating white bar stools and a view to what's cooking.

The newly renovated kitchen has polished white stone countertops, wooden cabinets, and new, top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

Next to the kitchen there is a small table with 2 tall chairs – another great spot to perch with a coffee and enjoy the view!

The bedroom (12ft9 x 10ft3, 3.9m x 3.1m) is modern art inspired with a bold Jackie O print hanging above the queen-sized bed (80" x 60") and bright contemporary linens that compliment the room. Next to the bed is a nightstand, floor lamp, and reading lamp / iphone charging station for your convenience. Directly across from the bed is a large 42" flat screen HD television with tons of channels - if you can tear your eyes away from the wonderful view just outside the enormous windows! There is a full closet available for storage.

The newly renovated bathroom is next to the bedroom. It has a washbasin, loo, and a full bathtub with an overhead shower.

A bonus to renting this apartment is the rooftop lounge. Fifty stories above the bustle, and like something out of the movies this enormous space is the perfect place to entertain and be entertained! There are BBQs available to all, private cabanas, pool tables and views for miles. You will not believe your good luck!
