This 6/7 person, 3 bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful Upper West Side of Manhattan. This is a historic neighbourhood, with tree-lined streets boasting townhouses and brownstones built in the late 19th century. The entrance to Central Park is directly across the street.

The area is very transportation friendly with easy access to subway, a bus line directly outside of the building, as well as convenient taxi service. This is a quiet neighborhood, but is still close to all of the action of the busy Upper West Side. Full of history and beauty, this is old New York at its best! The nearest subway is a 7 minute walk away at 110th street.

The apartment is located on the first and lower ground floors and sleeps 6/7 in 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a twin) + a put-me-up if required. There is one bathroom and an additional loo. The building is a recently renovated high-end pre-war apartment block with wood flooring throughout. The two floors are joined by an oak squared spiral staircase.

This is "no frills" accommodation, there is no living/dining area as such, though between them the "reception area" and kitchen do have sufficient seating for all staying. It's really suitable for a group who will be spending most of their time out, returning to the apartment to sleep and breakfast in the morning.

The reception area (11ft x 10ft9 x, 3.35m x 3.3m) has a small 2 seater sofa and a writing desk with chair. The décor has a resort feel and gives onto the modern kitchen area, as well as the staircase.

To the right of the entrance and reception area is the kitchen, open and inviting. It is contemporarily styled with white cabinets and countertops, as well as hardwood flooring, and has all the expected appliances including a dishwasher, stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There's a breakfast table with 3 chairs, as well as a countertop and stool for additional seating.

The first bedroom (11ft10 x 11ft x, 3.6m x 3.35) is located to the left of the reception area. It has a large double bed (5ft wide) as well as a nightstand with a reading lamp.

The décor is clean and modern, with starched white linens and recessed lighting. This bedroom also has a television and an easy chair.

The second bedroom (13ft x 10ft6, 4m x 3.2m) is downstairs, has 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, tile floors and a full closet available for storage, as well as an 8 drawer chest of drawers. The décor is consistent with the other bedrooms: clean, light, and modern.

The third bedroom ( 14ft 9 x 10ft, 4.5m x 3.2m), also downstairs, has a double bed (4ft6 wide) and is very spacious with new oak window seats, high ceilings and the recessed lighting that is in all of the bedrooms.

The full bathroom (downstairs) has a full bathtub, overhead shower, wash basin and loo. There is an additional ½ bathroom (loo) on the first floor, between the kitchen and the reception area.

This apartment has wireless internet access. There is no telephone service.

The entrance to Central Park is directly across the street, minutes from the Conservatory Gardens, on 105th street at the eastside of the park. It is the only formal garden in the park, boasting a variety of plants from Heirloom Roses to wild flowers. Separated into 3 different sections French, Italian, and English (each for its own classical style) see all three at once, or take a new walk every day!

There are great spots nearby for brunch and dinner, as well as a full service gourmet grocery around the corner.

This is a No Smoking property.
