This accommodating 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is located off of a quaint corner of the Upper West Side, just across the street from scenic Central Park. The apartment is special because it delivers space together with style and comfort. Convenient to most parts of the city, the closest train is only 1½ blocks away, just around the corner at 103rd Street and Central Park West; it can take you to Columbus Circle in 7 minutes, the Empire State Building in 10 minutes or downtown to Soho in about 15 minutes...
The newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a 100 year old building (there's no lift). It sleeps up to 8, in 2 large double bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 single and a sleeper sofa in the living room that pulls out to a double sized bed.
The apartment has wi-fi internet, but no phone service.

Just down the hall, across from the first room, are the second and third bedrooms.
The second bedroom (10ft x 9ft6, 3.1m x 2.9 m) has the same light blue walls, with cheerful springy floral linens on the 2 twin single beds to compliment the yellow wooden chest of drawers in front of the window. There is a reading lamp as well as a closet for storage.

The third, single, bedroom (9ft6 x 8ft6, 2.9m x 2.6m) is next on the right, with the bed next to a big window. This cozy room has a night table, a reading lamp, a chest of drawers and closet as well.

Further down the hallway, just beyond and to the right, is the fourth bedroom (13ft x 9 ft 6, 4m x 2.9m). There is a reading lamp, a chest of drawers and a full closet.

The two, almost identical, bathrooms are across from each other in between the bedrooms. Each has a wash basin, full-sized bathtub with overhead shower and loo. There's also a washer and dryer.

Outside and across from the fourth bedroom are the living and dining areas, as well as the kitchen.
|
|
|
In front of the fourth bedroom is a small dining area, with a wooden table and 3 chairs. Across from this dining nook is the airy and open kitchen, outfitted with quality and modern appliances including a gas oven and range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and kettle.
