This 2-6 person, large studio apartment is located right in the middle of beautiful Battery Park City - at the southern tip of Manhattan, in one of the city's most exclusive properties. The ultra-luxury doorman controlled building boasts the oldest address in New York and is home to many celebrities and NYC bigshots. Amenities to this property include a fitness centre, laundry facilities, valet/dry cleaning services, and a spacious, beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace with amazing views.

It's directly across the street from Battery Park and steps away from the Hudson River Esplanade - made up of green-spaces, bikeways and promenades that extend up the Hudson shoreline and lead to many wonderful waterfront restaurants. The views from the apartment are spectacular - you can even see the Statue of Liberty!

This is a large studio, located on the twenty-fourth floor (there is an elevator!) in a beautifully renovated building built in the late 1800s The space is airy and light; floor-to-ceiling windows line the walls and the high ceilings create even more space. It sleeps up to 6, with a large luxury pillow-topped double bed, a large sleeper sofa and ample room for an air mattress or two, if needed.

The location is very convenient - only two minutes from 3 different subway stations, the closest is Bowling Green Station, right around the corner on Broadway.

There is wi-fi broadband internet access, there is no phone service available in this property.

The sleeping area (13ft9 x 12ft, 4.2m x 3.7m) has a very comfortable large double bed (80" x 60") as well as a round table with 2 chairs - a perfect space for working or eating. Here there is a flat screen television, with cable channels. There is also a leather sleeper sofa across the room - the large mattress (80" x 60") easily accommodates two people.

Upon entering the studio there's an area of open space (18ft9 x 4ft9, 5.7m x 1.5m) in front of the kitchen where the artist owner usually displays one or two of her current paintings. Here there is plenty of room for 1 or 2 air mattresses, as well as a full closet available for storage.

The gourmet kitchen has all new modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas oven/range, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a full bathtub, an overhead shower, a wash basin and loo.

One of the most attractive benefits of this property is having access to the rooftop terrace, it's simply ....... spectacular.

A large, landscaped space with dozens of private nooks and gorgeous views of the water, the financial district's skyscrapers, and the Statue of Liberty.

Voted NYC's best French brasserie, this classic Parisian bistro is home to famed chef / author Anthony Bourdain of the Travel Channel. This place has a spectacular wine list, delicious house-made pâte, and the best escargots in the city. While staying at this property make sure to enjoy all the area has to offer, and don't forget to take some time and visit the nearby Ground Zero Memorial.
