On entering the apartment you are immediately dazzled by the huge windows in the living room - they illuminate the space and give breathtaking views. The large and understated living room (15ft9 x 12ft3, 4.8m x 3.7m) has tall, clean, white walls, an over-sized henna coloured leather couch and a easy chair, also leather, in a pale shade of saffron. Across from the sofa is a large, 32" HD flat-screen TV with cable channels.
At the rear of the living room is the dining area - a small round, white table with seating for 4 - there are 2 high-backed chairs and 2 stools. Just behind the dining area is a wall with two long openings that look through to the kitchen and open up this light and airy space even further - the lower opening also serves as a serving hatch or bar-top.
