The apartment is located on the 10th floor (good lifts) of a stylish doorman controlled, luxury building in the heart of NYC's Battery Park City. It sleeps 2 to 4 in one double bedroom and plenty of room for a large air mattress, the sofa can also be used if needed. This chic space is the epitome of cool city living The high ceilings and big windows with sky-scraper views make you feel like you're in the middle of it all. The décor is comfortable, classic and understated - you won't find any clutter here! The owner is an avid art lover and has used the space to highlight her tastefully displayed collection.

The entrance opens up to the brand-new gourmet kitchen, where you'll find granite countertops, and a well placed granite-topped island with two sleek bar stools. Here is the perfect spot for preparing a meal, grabbing a cup of morning coffee, or relaxing with a nice glass of wine.
The kitchen is fitted with new, top-of-the-line materials - the appliances are all stainless steel and include a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and coffee maker.
There is also a professional wok, dehydrator, Vitamix blender, and a food processor available for guests' use.

There is a very large L-shaped sofa at the far end of the room which can comfortably seat up to 6 people. Next to this sofa is a lovely rocking chair and in front is a suitably sized big round coffee table.
Across from this sitting area there is an easy chair and a black lacquer entertainment center, equipped with a 42" HD flat screen television, complete with cable channels and a DVR.

In between the living room and open kitchen is a pleasant, elegantly decorated dining area with a large glass table and 4 chairs, so if you decide to eat in one night, you have plenty of room to enjoy your dinner!

The large and cheerful bedroom (20ft3 x 10ft9, 6.2m x 3.3m) offers the best in serene comfort! The large double bed (80" x 60") is perfectly placed - lie down and enjoy the spectacular city views from the adjacent windows, or look the other way and enjoy the peaceful, artful décor. Next to the bed is a nightstand and an adjustable lamp for custom lighting. There is a large closet available for storage, as well as dresser drawers.

The newly renovated bathroom has a washbasin, loo, and a full bathtub with an overhead shower that can be handheld if you prefer.
This property has 24 hour doorman service, laundry facilities available on-site and a parking garage with a daily fee of $49. Wi-fi computer access is also available. There is no phone service available.
