Remember that in the US the first floor, second floor, third floor etc. are equivalent to the British/European ground floor, first floor and second floor.

Prices quoted are US$ per property per night, they are payable in US$ and include all taxes - the £ rates shown are conversions at approximately £1 = $1.55 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of US$125 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements.
Our short stay rates are for stays of less than 30 nights, small reductions on these rates for stays between 21 and 30 nights may be possible. Properties flagged with L are offered for stays of 30 nights or more at a much reduced price.
We have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise; you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish.

This 2/4 person, one bedroom apartment is a sure to become a fast favourite. Comfortable and chic, this gem is in a building located across the street from famed South Street Seaport and the historic Seaport district. There is a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants so close by you may never want to leave the neighbourhood! (Except maybe by boat, where you can take tours around the island, and visit Lady Liberty or Ellis Island).
The apartment sleeps 2 to 4 with one double, a European style sleeper sofa that pulls out to a full sized bed, and ample room for an air mattress, if necessary.

The location is top notch - just steps from the neighborhood shops, cafés and restaurants on Lexington Avenue and only one block from fashionable Park Avenue. The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated, turn of the century, historic brick townhouse. It sleeps 2 to 3 in one double bedroom and a sofa-bed that pulls out to a single. This lovely apartment really feels more like a home than a city rental - it boasts a private entrance as well as coded keys for added security.

It sleeps 4/5 people in two double bedrooms and a put-out sofa-bed. There's one bathroom.

It is located on the 26th floor of a 24 hour doorman controlled building - an historic 110 year-old landmark which held the title of World's Tallest Building from 1899-1908. It has been beautifully restored and renovated, and today boasts history, luxury and beauty - all with great accessibility. The apartment sleeps up to 6, in 2 large doubles and a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a double-sized bed.

This recently renovated 3/4 person, 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located at the crossroads of the East Village, the Lower East Side, Chinatown and Little Italy. Within 2 blocks there are two subway stations with access to 5 different train lines. It sleeps up to 4, with a single bed in the first bedroom, an extra large double bed in the second, and ample space for an air mattress if need be. The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, built in the 1890s. With hardwood flooring, large rooms, high ceilings and bright, open windows that let in loads of light, this spacious and airy apartment feels very open and inviting. The owner is a designer, and has created a very comfortable, functional and cheerful space.
