The Park Row apartment was perfect for our group of 4 women. Having 2 bathrooms AND a kitchen was a major plus. We were won over by the 2 bedrooms with queen, king, and sofa bed options as so many rentals only offered full-size beds (which can be tight if sharing).

While the neighborhood isn't as quaint as we had initially hoped for, the apartment was very close to subway stations, coffee shops, and several restaurants. The view from this 26th floor apartment was fantastic, and will be even better when the scaffolding is removed from the front of the building.

There were 4 of us on this week long vacation for Christmas in New York! All were very happy with the apartment-it was beautiful,clean, comfortable and roomy. Balcony was an added bonus, and please don't leave until you have visited the roof top for the view. You can almost touch the Empire State building!

It is not a small child friendly apartment due to many decorative accents. Teens would be no problem with adults.The beds were comfortable. In fact,I would have brought the fold out bed home with me if possible. Firm but comfortable. The staff of the building were friendly and helpful in every way. They assisted us with hailing cabs and directions.

The apartment was in a great location, cabs easily accessible at front door, subway close.

We were very impressed with every aspect of our lodging and with all the help we received if we needed any. Don't hesitate to book this apartment if you want to visit Manhattan.

Leaving starter food for us was a nice touch, as was the notebook in the apartment filled with info. My two friends and I stayed here to attend a meeting nearby. This unit is amazing. It is huge based on New York standards. The view is amazing and the location is amazing as well. There are 3 subway stations all within a two minute or less walk so no matter where you are or where you need to go, you can catch a train to take you there.

As for the staff at CHS, everyone is so nice, and communication is top notch which helps ease the anxiety during the booking process. I would definitely stay at this location again or any other one in NYC. As well the next time I go to London or Paris, they will be the first people I call.

Erin was amazing and very accommodating to our slightly odd schedule.

This apartment is fabulous! I stayed there with 3 girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. The apartment has beautiful views of the Hudson river and downtown from the 32nd floor. We were all comfortable in the apartment, plenty of space, nice linens on the beds. The rooftop terrace is by far the best thing about this apartment. We spent many afternoons and evenings sipping wine and enjoying the unobstructed views of the river, Statue of Liberty, Ellis, Governor's and Staten Islands.

The location is great, steps to the subway, across the street from a park and all ferries. It is very quiet at night, which is a treat in the city. There are several nice restaurants you can walk to, and there is a wonderful little market a few doors down that has delicious gourmet food that we would take with us and eat on the roof top.

We were greeted at the apartment and given a basket of "goodies" for breakfast snacks, coffee, tea, etc. Very handy! The neighborhood was explained and a list of restaurants, entertainment venues, and even the location of the nearest hospital and pharmacy in case of emergency. Looks like you thought of everything, including subway, train, and taxi info.

Even the photo out of the window was totally accurate!

There is no way 2 couples could have stayed in a hotel anywhere near the wonderful location we enjoyed right there across the street from Battery Park for the price. I checked it out, and we would have spent almost twice the money, not had the "comforts of home" and would have missed the excellent views and fellowship we enjoyed on the roof top patio.

There is no way we could see all of Mahattan in the 5 days we were there, so we will definitely be returning in a year or two to expand our New York experience. I will plan our entire trip around the availability of this very apartment because I know it is just perfect!

What a view from the apartment, and the rooftop has to have one of the best views in NYC. (I'm a view kind of guy.)

We were traveling with another couple, and renting an apartment is definitely the way to go: less expensive and way more fun than a hotel.

We've rented apartments in NYC, London, Paris, and San Francisco, and in each instance found it much better than a hotel. You obviously have more space, and it's much more comfortable, but more important, you're living like the locals--even down to doing a little grocery shopping. It's just way more fun!

$250 per night for a 1 bedroom in the heart of NYC - WOW!!!!!

I couldn't have been happier wtih YW55230 for our 6 night Holiday stay in the Big Apple. Our family of 3 had plenty of space -- WAY more than in a hotel room -- and having a kitchen allowed us to cook our own breakfasts and keep our champagne nicely chilled for New Year's Eve!

The location could not be beat -- 55th and Broadway is an easy walk to theaters, tourist attractions and subway stops for several lines are within a couple of blocks. The E line only 2 blocks away made it very easy to get to and from JFK.

We would definitely use Coach House in the future to find accommodations in NYC, London or Paris, and would stay at YW55230 again in a New York minute!

Excellent service. We particularly appreciated Erin's help on the arrival day when all the flights were delayed, due to the weather. Erin was extremely friendly and helpful.Nothing seemed to be a problem for her even when we asked her advice on shops etc, things that were not part of her job.

Booking from the internet is a little daunting but everything was identical to the photos on your website.

The only negative comment we have to make is a little one in that the sofa bed in the other bedroom was very hard. (But I guess that is our opinion).

The apartment was spotlessly clean,just as on your website.The location was tremendous and the views from the rooftop were amazing.Even little things like having an overseas adaptor was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Having never booked an apt rental for a vacation before I wasn't sure of what to expect. well, I certainly wasn't disappointed!! We had the best time ever and a part of that was the excellent accommodation, location of accommodation and service we rec'd from Coach House Rentals.

The apt itself was amazing, plenty of room for two adult couples and beautifully appointed. I really don't think you could get a better location! It was central to most areas of the island and cabs right outside of the building made it simple to go anywhere. the location to Macy's, 34th st W (shopping), 5th Ave (shopping)was fantastic!
