$250 per night for a 1 bedroom in the heart of NYC - WOW!!!!!

I couldn't have been happier wtih YW55230 for our 6 night Holiday stay in the Big Apple. Our family of 3 had plenty of space -- WAY more than in a hotel room -- and having a kitchen allowed us to cook our own breakfasts and keep our champagne nicely chilled for New Year's Eve!

The location could not be beat -- 55th and Broadway is an easy walk to theaters, tourist attractions and subway stops for several lines are within a couple of blocks. The E line only 2 blocks away made it very easy to get to and from JFK.

We would definitely use Coach House in the future to find accommodations in NYC, London or Paris, and would stay at YW55230 again in a New York minute!

We can not believe the helpfulness, friendliness & all over fabulousness of your service. Both Erin (who unfortunately we did not get to meet) & Heidi were wonderful. It was just like arriving at a freinds house to stay.

Having travelled to New York previously (without a child) we knew that a hotel would not be the right choice this time. Having looked through many websites for apartments it was fantastic to find yours. We knew right away that this was where we wanted to spend our Christmas Holiday. From the initial contact until arriving home everything to do with Coach House Rentals has been faultless. Whether dealing with those in your London office or New York everyone has been so helpful. We felt like we were going to stay with friends. The added extras, Travel cot & highchair, welcome pack & meet & greet made things much easier.

Excellent service. We particularly appreciated Erin's help on the arrival day when all the flights were delayed, due to the weather. We ran into 'technical' difficulties because the blackberry, the cell-phones, all our usual contact technology died on arrival in NYC - but she still managed to help us.

For anyone else who is interested, the apartment is in an excellent location to get around, and the balcony is super - my daughter could see the hospital she was born in!!

We're definitely fans of your company now, having tried it for the first time.

The web site was very accurate, but the property was even a little nicer on arrival. The location was terrific, and feeling like we were living in a 'home away from home' was great. A hotel would have cost us a lot more and be much more impersonal.

We would certainly recommend Coach House Rentals. It was definately a case of 'Live like a New Yorker'. The information on the web site was accurate and the information re location, facilities etc was very helpfull. It was our first time to New York and being met by their representative on arrival was terrific. We will definately use Coach House again and recommend them to our friends.

Erin was extremely friendly and helpful.Nothing seemed to be a problem for her even when we asked her advice on shops etc, things that were not part of her job.

Booking from the internet is a little daunting but everything was identical to the photos on your website.

The only negative comment we have to make is a little one in that the sofa bed in the other bedroom was very hard. (But I guess that is our opinion).

The apartment was spotlessly clean,just as on your website.The location was tremendous and the views from the rooftop were amazing.Even little things like having an overseas adaptor was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Being in a strange country and knowing we had a contact like Erin also made you feel very comfortable.

Erin met with the other couple we were staying with as they arrived before us but the feedback was excellent. the information she gave us was invaluable and, because of this, we didn't need to call her again. she was extremely friendly and helpful at all encounters and nothing seemed like any trouble.

It was exactly as described, if anything, the description and pics don't do it justice. this apt was an excellent location and probably that could be elaborated on more ie proximity to shopping, etc...

Having never booked an apt rental for a vacation before I wasn't sure of what to expect. well, I certainly wasn't disappointed!! We had the best time ever and a part of that was the excellent accommodation, location of accommodation and service we rec'd from Coach House Rentals.

The apt itself was amazing, plenty of room for two adult couples and beautifully appointed. I really don't think you could get a better location! It was central to most areas of the island and cabs right outside of the building made it simple to go anywhere. the location to Macy's, 34th st W (shopping), 5th Ave (shopping)was fantastic! Walking was so easy, before you knew it you had gone 20 blocks!! Thanks for everything, and esp Erin for your wonderful, cheerful service!!!!

We loved the place. If we could give it a score more than a 5 we would. The apartment was gorgeous, the building beautiful, and the location supreme. The only minuses were that the beds were small (both doubles).

We spent about as much as we would have for a hotel but the apartment was so much nicer. I would definitely stay there again, if we could convince the owner to vacate on the necessary dates.
